• To view the works the appropriate request forms must be filled out.
• Each user is allowed to consult a maximum of 5 documents per day. To consult more than 5 documents, this must be specified at the time the appointment is requested.
• First time users of the reading room of the Raccolta Bertarelli must register their personal details on the appropriate form.
• Consultation of rare and precious materials is restricted to students writing a thesis and in possession of a letter of presentation written by their professor. 

The catalogue of the book holdings may be consulted via the OPAC system of the Polo Regionale Lombardo. The entire catalogue is arranged by subject to facilitate users in their research. The catalogue may be consulted at:
